4.3. Registration to the Agency defines the consent from you that the information from you can be used. Agency would like to clarify that intention is to give you the opportunity to the media industry / your interested platform.
5. User Content
5.1. By submitting content to our website or platform, including but not limited to photos, videos, and text, you grant the Agency a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the content for promotional and marketing purposes.
5.2. You are solely responsible for the content you submit, and it must comply with our content guidelines.
6. Code of Conduct
6.1. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purposes.
6.2. You will not engage in any harassing, abusive, or harmful behavior toward other users or the Agency’s staff.
